Q: I'm a doctor looking for work; do I pay you any money for finding me a job?
A: No, 100% of our professional fees are paid for by the hospitals, physician groups, or managed care facilities. |
Q: I don't finish my residency program until next summer. Should I start looking for a job now?
A: Yes, the interview and relocation process does take time. The licensure process can also be a laborious process. Credentialing, house hunting, enrolling your children in schools, etc. does take time as well. So, it is rarely too early to start looking for an opportunity. You should try to start your interview process at least 4 to 6 months before you relocate. |

Q: If I go on an interview do I pay for my travel costs and other fees associated with the visit?
A: No, our clients pay for all travel, hotel, rental car and meals. |

Q: Why should I use a physician recruiting firm?
A: The process of a job search can be extremely stressful and time consuming. And if you are a physician, our services are free! Our professional fees are paid for by our client, not the candidate. Selecting Insignia Medical Group as your recruiting firm will allow you to continue your day to day activity. Meanwhile, Insignia is working diligently to find the right position for you. In fact, physician recruiting is what we do all day everyday. Why not let us work for you? |

Q: What's the best way to communicate with you to find a job?
A: Call us! There is simply no better method of communication, at least initially, than talking with one of our experienced search consultants. Email notes and faxing a CV is part of the process. However, there are many questions that need to be answered by phone. Through this effective communication we are able to match a physician and client with common parameters and ultimately construct a perfect match. |

Q: Do you recruit for every specialty?
A: Yes, Insignia Medical Group works with every type of specialty in the medical field. |
Q: I'm a doctor looking for a job, what do you need from me?
A: Initially we need to know your specialty, where you would like to live, when you can interview, and when you wish to relocate and start your new job. We want to know the status of your family and their relocation needs. In fact, overall family issues are typically the key factor throughout this process. We would also like to know in which states you are currently licensed. If we are recruiting you to a state that you are not licensed, we must address the issue immediately and start the process. |
